My advisor was quite quirky, and he was also the department chairman. Students would come into his office to experience the following:
Timid Student: "Excuse me sir, I have a question...."
GRK Yells: "SIX VOLTS!" -- as if that was the answer to their question.
Timid student: --trembles in fear--
I was frequently sitting in his office during these exchanges and somehow that became my nickname.

I have a deep background in technology. I focus on embedded systems, security, and prototyping. I enjoy building pretty much anything. I love cooking, especially barbeque, and I'm a car enthusiast. I post about things I find interesting.
